William H. Fishburne (Bill) is a native South Carolinian. Born in Sumter, SC, Bill has been a resident of the Lowcountry for the past 51 years. Bill and wife Beth have been married for 45 years and have two children and three grandchildren. Bill and Beth have been residents of Ridgeland for 8 years. Together with son William (also a resident of Ridgeland), Bill and Beth operate Coastline Construction Services, LLC and have offered new residential, remodeling and, commercial construction services for the past 40 years. Prior to election to Town Council, Bill served as Chairman of the Ridgeland Planning Commission for 4 years and looks forward to serving the Ridgeland Community on Town Council.

Libby Malphrus is a native of Beaufort County and has lived in Ridgeland for over 20 years. She attended Thomas Heyward Academy (K-12), graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and then the University of South Carolina School of Medicine with a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling. Libby works for the Medical University of South Carolina as the Assistant Director of the Genetic Counseling Master’s program. Active in the community, Libby has served on the Thomas Heyward Academy Board of Directors for over 12 years and served on the Town of Ridgeland’s Election Commission. Libby has been married to Deak Malphrus since 2004 and they have a daughter.

Linda Tenerowicz has been a resident of Ridgeland since 2021. She has been a member of the Town of Ridgeland’s Planning Commission and currently works as a paralegal for a New England-based utility which is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She married her husband, Michael, in 2024. She is also a member of the Steering Committee for the Jasper County 250 Committee and performs genealogical and historical research.
