During the search 2 firearms stolen from Carter's Mill Estes as well as one stolen from Georgia were recovered from the vehicle. Two other firearms were also located and seized.

7:55 p.m. Officers observed a drone flying in the area of the Frontage Rd near the Ridgeland Correctional Institution. Officers canvassed the area and was able to locate the drone in a field and still had a bag attached to it. An inventory of the bag revealed tobacco, marijuana, heroin, thc oil, rolling papers, lighters, and a cell phone. The items were collected as evidence and transported back to the Ridgeland Police Department. The investigation is ongoing in collaboration with the state OIG office.

Mr Gibson has been previously warned on several occasions to refrain from soliciting money.
