2:36 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shadetree Street for a shooting incident. One subject was struck by a bullet and transported to a local hospital. The incident remains under further investigation.

4:09 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. One subject was pronounced deceased at the scene and four subjects were transported to area hospitals. The incident remains under further investigation.

9:40 a.m. Officers responded to South Jacob Smart Boulevard for a damage to property. A warrant affidavit has been submitted charging Rodney Wright with damage to property.

12:48 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, to place a male subject on trespass notice.

7:04 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a shoplifting incident. The suspect, William Crawford, was located walking on East Main Street. Crawford was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

8:16 p.m. Officers spoke with a complainant on the telephone in reference to an assault that took place at Bobops, 8548 Grahamville Road. The complainant wanted the incident documented.

10:46 a.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Detention Center, 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an assault and battery. An inmate, Salimah Aisha McCain, reportedly assaulted a correctional officer. McCain was charged with assault and battery, 3rd degree.

11:16 a.m. A vehicle was reported as driving recklessly at the 33 mile marker south bound on I-95.

3:28 p.m. A vehicle was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

6:22 p.m. Officers responded to Logan Lane Apartments, 544 South Logan Street, for a domestic dispute.

11:04 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shadetree Street for an assault and battery. No charges were filed.

October 4

11:01 a.m. Officers responded to Baytree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of people loitering in the parking lot.

11:26 a.m. Officers responded to Shadetree Street for a suspicious juvenile. When the juvenile was located officers learned he was a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was returned safely to his parents.

11:42 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

2:37 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Ivy Street for a civil matter.

4:36 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and 3rd Avenue for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

8:01 p.m. Officers responded to Smiths Crossing for a suspicious vehicle.

10:53 a.m. Officers responded to the Siesta Motel, 10530 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a missing juvenile. The incident remains under further investigation.

October 2

12:17 a.m. Officers responded to Sure Stay Suites, 511 James L. Taylor Drive, for a report of an unresponsive female in the parking lot. Officers arrived to find a female that was later pronounced deceased. The incident remains under further investigation.

1:56 a.m. Officers observed a blue Ford Mustang drive through the barricades on West Main Street and cause damage to barricades and trailers. The driver of the vehicle, Yanniz Cisneros, was arrested for reckless driving, no driver's license, operating uninsured, open container and transportation of acohol in a motor vehicle. Cisneros was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

3:40 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and Main Street for an argument.

9:27 p.m. Officers responded to South Green Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.
